The individuals below have been nominated by the Homeowners Association (HOA) Nominating Committee, and will compete to fill four vacancies on the HOA Board of Directors on June 30 of this year.
Scharf has already served for one year as the replacement for John Seferian, who left the HOA Board after he was elected to the Property Owners Association Board (POA). The three-year term of Seferian/Scharf runs through June.
The other three members who are rotating off the board in June are Tom Almy, Tom Alexander and Laura Morris.
Helen Buckelew is chairman of the HOA Board, while George Thurman serves as vice chairman, Ben Collins serves as treasurer and Kay Born serves as secretary. Other members of the Board include Ron James, Carolyn Littell and Sue Hauseman.

The propane consortium has reached an agreement with AmeriGas
to renew the contract for 2008. The current contract runs out on March 1, 2008. Our current price is
$1.59/ga., plus an $8.25 delivery charge ( to cover the Federally required
hazardous materials fee and the diesel charge for their trucks). AmeriGas has
extended the current price twice in 2007, to wait for a lowering of propane
price levels. Recently, the price has dropped and their advice is to capture
the drop now. They do not see the prices falling much, if at all over the next
few months.

A major upgrade to the Online Resident Directory was released on Friday, October 26. An introductory email with a login Username and Password has been delivered to all residents with a directory listing that included an email address.
